Basquiat x PALACE Concept Collection

The Basquiat x PALACE Skateboards Concept collection stemmed from my Adobe class in University, where everything we learned from the beginning of the semester to the end culminated into a full look-book combining image tracing, shape building, pattern building, and ultimately collection cohesion. 

At this time I had visited a showcase of the late Basquiat's work in New York City, so this inspired me to create an ode to the man and his work. 

My Takeaways:

- Confidently producing production-ready patterns and technical flats in Adobe Illustrator.

- Look-book building, from readability as a collection, rather than a culmination of images.
